Dessert of beetroot jelly

Ingredients

  • Juice

    200 ml

  • Pear

    1 piece

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Cookies

    2 piece

  • Hazelnuts

    50 g

  • Citric acid

  • Gelatin

    12 g

  • Lime

    0.5 piece

  • Mint

  • Cheese curd

    200 g

  • Powdered sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Cream

    30 ml

Pour beet juice into a small quart saucepan, add there honey, citric acid, gelatin sheet input. To the boil do not bring heated, remove from heat and start stirring with a whisk gelatin until smooth.

And pour into jars (two if small or one, if a little more) – this will be the first layer. Remove the jar in the fridge for 30 minutes–1 hour until the jelly hardens.

Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and lime juice. Add the cream and stir everything until smooth. Put cream cheese on beetroot jelly.

Pear cut into thin slices, fry in a dry pan.

Mash oatmeal cookies and nuts with a pestle. Sprinkle top of cream cheese.

Decorate the dessert with slices of pear. Serve with a sprig of mint.
