Milk, yeast, 50 g flour and 20 g of sugar stir and leave in a warm place to rise. 200 g flour, melted and slightly cooled butter, egg yolks, egg, 20 g sugar, a pinch of salt, zest, rum and vanilla sugar to mix with yeast mixture to a smooth dough.
