Cooking
In a wide bowl, chop with a knife until crumbs flour, margarine and cottage cheese. If the cheese is very mild flavor, pre-wipe through a sieve or beat with a blender.
Add the salt and knead the dough. Roll it into a ball, wrap in foil and take to a cold place for 1 hour.
Filling: 1/4 of a small cabbage finely chopped. Preheat the pan with a little vegetable oil, put cabbage and fry on high heat for 5 minutes, all the while stirring, then add 3 tbsp sour cream and salt to taste, reduce heat to medium and cook for another 5 minutes. Remove from the heat. Add 3 boiled, chopped eggs, and a little of any meat product, but you can do without it.

Then put in a greased form and stretch with your hands, having a high side.
Remaining dough out thinly, cut into strips and put in the form of a lattice. Bake at 180*C until ready.
