Ingredients

  • Cracker

  • Cocoa powder

  • Milk

  • Corn starch

    2 Tbsp

  • Rice flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

  • Sugar

    7 Tbsp

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Cinnamon

  • Jelly

Here are all the products. First, take the Graham crackers and run through the food processor or, if not, then a good beat with a hammer for chops.

In cracker mass add restofline butter, milk and cocoa. Knead well. Prepare the form with a cracker base. Carpeted film, then it will be easier to pull the finished cake.

Filling cracker base, I took the Apple , but you can take a lemon, rubbed on a grater and overcooked with sugar and a spoonful of oil, added a little cinnamon.

Cook the cream: a liter of milk + starch + rice.flour + egg yolk + sugar + vanilla. Brew, add a tablespoon of oil. Constantly stir until fully thickened. Cool and spread on cracker mass.

Prepare jelly. Followed the recipe on the pack, just water to 100g. less to jelly, it was solid.

Pour the jelly on top of cream. Put in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Until solidification jelly.
