Mini-cake
Continue their battle with jelly products. This result is much better than the previous, left to tweak appearance, but for home use - what you need. Do not judge strictly do not judge, because the recipe is very primitive (but not for my crooked hands)))

Ingredients

  • Cheese

  • Yogurt

    420 g

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Biscuit

    0.5 cup

  • Gelatin

    1.5 pack

The recipe is very simple. A suitable vessel to lay out cling film, roll, slice and spread with a hemisphere. Soak gelatine in water for 10 minutes, whisk the yogurt with cottage cheese and sugar. Gelatin heat (put in a Cup of boiling water) and stir until dissolved, pour in the yoghurt and cottage cheese and blend again

Pour the gelatinous mass on the roll top cover what's left (and roll, obviously, to ask more, but my karma about gelatin cakes is forgivable). I still had a cake, I let them there. You can do this: pour part of the yogurt mass, then chill in the fridge for 20 minutes, spread with any chocolate filling, and top the remaining mass and allow to cool completely.
