The rosettes of sausage
I saw in one of culinary magazine like roses and decided to make them. The whole thing is interesting and simple.

Ingredients

  • Yeast dough

    500 g

  • Sausage

    350 g

I took the finished dough is made. Roll and cut into "rectangles" (if you can call what I have pictured) size approximately 3 cm to 13 cm Sausage sliced thinly and divided into halves. On each rectangle of dough put the two halves of the sausage, with a small overlap.

Put to bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes.

Come out of the oven and then... everything disappeared??? *PARDON* Very simple recipe. You can do with puff pastry. Bon appetit!!!
