Cooking
In a bowl mix all the dry ingredients for the dough - flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, coffee, cocoa, sugar and salt.
Add the vegetable oil, vinegar, pour in water and mix well until smooth (it is desirable to mix at low speed mixer to avoid lumps).
Form grease with oil, pour the dough and put in a preheated 180 degree oven for 25-30 minutes. Check with a toothpick - if it comes out clean, take out not to overdry.
Let's cream. Brew some coffee and filter the grounds. Add sugar in my coffee, put on heating.
In the hot liquid, pour a thin stream of semolina. Cook on minimal heat until thick, stirring occasionally.
Slightly cooled cream and whisk it well with a mixer. Weight slightly brighten and become tender. For layer prunes grind in a blender or chop finely.
Slightly cooled pie remove from the form, gently cut into two parts.
The lower crust is well lubricated by the cream put the prunes.
Cover with a second Korzh, lightly press. Excess cream remove. The desire to decorate our pie with prunes and dried apricots, or sprinkle with powdered sugar. If You have the patience, put it on a couple of hours in the fridge to soak - it will become even softer and tastier. Eating and fasting for health!))
