Cabbage salad with corn and croutons
Summer salad fresh cabbage and vegetables. The croutons are homemade and smetana vinaigrette are the perfect complement to this salad.

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    1.5 cup

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Corn

    3 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Soy sauce

    0.5 tsp

  • Dill

    1 Tbsp

  • Bread

    1 slice

  • Baton

    1 slice

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Canned corn pour into a salad bowl.

Cabbage finely chop. Tomato peel and cut into cubes. Pour everything in a salad bowl.

Add the chopped garlic.

Add the chopped dill.

Add the soy sauce and Kikkoman stir.

Slices of bread cut into cubes. Spread on a dry heated pan and dry on low heat.

The finished crackers to cool and add to salad. Mix well.

On top of the salad pour the cream to taste and sprinkle with ground black pepper. The salad is ready to eat! Bon appetit!
