Sprat salad with pineapple
Very tender and delicious fish salad with sprats, pineapple and soy sauce. Familiar products in a new flavor!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Carrots

    3 piece

  • Pineapple

    4 Tbsp

  • Sprats

    1 can

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Green onions

  • Soy sauce

    3 tsp

  • Syrup pineapple

    3 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    3 tsp

  • Cherry tomatoes

    2 piece

Cooking

The same cubes cut carrots, potatoes, pineapple (the amount of ingredients should be about equal);

Add sliced sprats (3 PCs leave for decoration), finely-chopped garlic;

Add chopped onions; drizzle the salad with the syrup from the pineapple, oil from sprat and add soy sauce - mix thoroughly;

The ring lay a piece of lettuce on the plate (makes 3 servings);

Decorate the salad with the remaining sardines, slices of tomatoes, greens and sprinkled with fresh pepper.;

Serve immediately!
