Sausages from Turkey
This recipe differs from those on the website. I did in home eateries sausages from the liver, doing a doctorate in cerave. Sausages from Turkey that are now offering cooked-not Cherie, and with the help of cling film. Just don't have casings. The sausage is a bit frail, as tight as cerave, beef will not be swaddled. But less hassle. And the taste is still good. There's something unusual in the composition of the product.

Ingredients

  • Turkey

    1 kg

  • Fat

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Garlic

    5 tooth

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Cook hard-boiled eggs, cool, clean.

Fat chop coarsely.

To cut the Turkey fillet.

Mince fillet, rump, peeled garlic cloves, eggs.

Season with salt and pepper, knead the minced meat until smooth. To let it sit covered in the refrigerator for at least an hour.

Spread out plastic wrap, make sausage and wrap them with a film of 8-10 layers as tightly as possible. Ends with both sides tied the knot, so that the water could not penetrate inside.

Place sausages in a saucepan, pour water, cover and cook on a slow fire. Water in any case should not boil! If there is a special thermometer, try to keep the temperature 70-80 degrees. The cooking process takes 50 minutes.
