Cheese-crispy cheese sticks
I highly recommend to cook these delicious sticks!! Prepare very simple, but the result is... super! I recommend to use the dough mayonnaise (Mahe), that is, reducing the amount of butter, we shall add mayonnaise. The advantage is that mayonnaise does have eggs, and vegetable oil, so the dough don't add these products. Another note, the dough recipe no baking soda, no baking powder!!!

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Butter

    70 g

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sesame

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

For making cottage cheese and cheese sticks we need the following set of products: flour, cheese, mayonnaise, soft butter, salt, sugar, sesame, egg.

In a bowl put the cheese, soft butter and mayonnaise, grind, add salt and sugar and grind again.

Add the sifted flour and knead the dough.

It's very soft elastic dough. Wrap it in cling film and put into the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Remove from refrigerator, divide into 2-3 parts. Every part of velvety in the seam.

On half of the rolled out layer to put the grated cheese.

Fold in half and again roll out the layer.

Again half of the layer to put the grated cheese, fold, roll out. Repeat the procedure 2-3 times.

Then cut into strips.

Spread on a baking sheet, brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in a preheated to 200 deg. oven for 15 min. Guided in their ovens. Cook until it will turn brown.
