Description
Recipe from the book I adored Dr. Adera. The result exceeded all my expectations. My husband, who eats cheese is not, in principle, turned out to be a serious competitor in the eating of the cake (which is a personal achievement) :).

Cooking
For the dough mix the flour with starch and baking powder, sift into a large bowl. Add to them the sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, eggs and margarine (at room temperature).
Mix the ingredients with a mixer for 2 minutes until a homogeneous mass.
The dough is spread in a solid form, smooth level and bake for 25-30 minutes on medium heat. After baking the cake base spread on bars and allow to cool.
For the top layer of gelatin dissolved in 400 ml of water, not boiling and allow to cool. Meanwhile, mix the cottage cheese with the sugar, mixed the grated pineapple with the liquid from the jar (4-5 tablespoons). Then pour the cooled gelatin.
Chilled cream pour into a separate container and whisk with a mixer for 1 minute. Then add thickener to cream at the rate of 1 sachet in 200 ml heavy cream (read the instructions, maybe You have other proportions are), whisk in cool foam and enter in the cheese mass.
Cake base spread on a dish for the cake and put skirting around it from the split form. Spread cottage cheese for the top layer, smooth level. Put in refrigerator at least 3 hours (I left it on all night).
Our cake is ready. The rim shape is detachable and gently remove from the cake. Decorate with pineapple slices and (optional) coconut.
