Very tender and tasty tart with a curd filling. This interesting name tarte was due to the fact that in the process of cooling on its surface appear drops... like tears.

Cooking
Flour, powdered sugar, butter, softened, 1 egg, sour cream and baking powder knead the dough. It is very sticky. Is made with a spoon.
In a greased form put the dough and razravnyat wet fingers. Otherwise it will not work! Will strongly adhere. Put into a preheated oven to 220 degrees. for 10 minutes.
While the base is baked, prepare the filling. In a mixer, beat cheese with eggs, sour cream, powdered sugar, semolina and vanilla. Whisk for about a minute.
After 10 minutes take out the base.
Spread the stuffing on it and send it back in the oven for 30-35 minutes.
While the filling is baking, whisk two proteins with sugar until strong foam. After half an hour take out the tart, cover it protein mass and put in oven for 10-15 minutes.
Well, that's all. Very easy to prepare. Protein weight top should only be lightly browned, but not dry.
