Japanese salad with salmon skin

Cooking

In a pan heat oil and fry both sides of the sliced salmon skin. (about 3-5 minutes)

Skin to remove, in the same pan fry the salmon bones, fins and tail with some meat. With roasted bones and fins with a knife to remove small pieces of fillet. Only need about 1-2 tbsp
