Cooking

Send the cake to be baked in a preheated 180 degree oven for 35-40 minutes. Bake until Golden brown, readiness check wooden skewer.
While baked cake, prepare the impregnation. Squeeze the juice of two lemons. It turned out 110 grams of juice, then sugar you need to take the same. Add sugar to the juice, put on medium heat and cook until the sugar has dissolved.
The finished cake remove from the oven, from forms do not remove! Pierce it all over the surface to the bottom with a toothpick.
The surface of the cake pour the lemon syrup over the entire surface. You can pour all the syrup - then the cake will be wet. If the syrup remains, it can be used for impregnating any of the cakes and cupcakes. Give the cake to cool completely.
When the cake has cooled you can decorate. To brush syrup on top of the pie and sprinkle with poppy seeds, which will stick immediately and will not be met.
