Cabbage-rice cakes
Soft, fragrant pancakes with the addition of cabbage and red rice.

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    1 cup

    0.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Minced meat

    200 g

  • Yogurt

    0.5 cup

  • Flour

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Spices

Pre-boil the red rice, I have rice TM Mistral. Rinse it with water through a colander.

Shredded cabbage mixed with red rice.

Add the egg, stir.

Add the minced meat, salt and spices to taste.

Add yogurt, stir.

Add flour, stir. From the resulting mass to Sarit pancakes. Pancakes are served warm, with sour cream.
