Quail eggs in ham
This beautiful appetizer will decorate the Christmas table. It is hearty, nutritious and so unusual.

Ingredients

  • Quail egg

    12 piece

  • Ham

    200 g

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Canned mushrooms

    80 g

  • Soy sauce

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Cut the ham into slices and lay into molds to make the nest of small diameter with high sides.

Cheese cut into cubes.

Put on the bottom of each "nest."

To mushrooms, add soy sauce to taste, mix well.

Mushrooms spread on the cheese. In each "nest"to drive three quail eggs, salt and pepper to taste.
