Have delicious fresh ripe pineapple carefully cut away the tip of a knife and a spoon cut the flesh.

Pour the liqueur, mix well. Leave in the fridge, and the toppings (at least 30 minutes), and pineapple with a lid.
Before serving, fill our vase with fruit, garnish with blackberries, sprinkle with syrup. Filling in the pineapple is very memorable..
Put the pineapple on ice, flowers. I made them with a vase of ice, which froze shiny beads. You can make ice cubes with flowers, or decorate it then with a decorative carving.
