Sift flour, mix with butter .Add water,eggs and vanilla.Well knead the dough, adding flour as you take. Then, put the dough in the fridge for 1.5-2 hours. Divide the dough roughly into 8 parts, roll out in thin layers. It will be cakes for the cake. Stacked layers on a baking sheet,sprinkle it slightly with flour. Bake each for 5 minutes in the oven at a temperature of 220°C. While baked cakes, prepare the cream. Bring the milk to boil and add the 300 g of sugar. Dissolve sugar, stir mixture. In a separate bowl whisk egg whites with 1 Cup sugar. Then added to this mixture 200 g of milk with 4 tablespoons flour. Mix well. Put the first mixture (milk+sugar) on the stove and bring to a boil on low heat. Slowly introduced into the boiling milk the second mixture and boil 4-5 minutes. This process is the brewing of the cream. Then, a lot stuiver. Melt butter and whisk with the cream. Cakes folded on each other. Each cake to grease with a cream. Thus, a layer cake.
