Jelly with grapes
Decided to try a new recipe from the magazine "Lisa", it turned out very tasty. For the contest "Sweet taste of summer"

Ingredients

  • Gelatin

    10 g

  • Juice

    200 ml

  • Grapes

    200 g

  • Cream

    150 g

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Walnuts

    1 Tbsp

Soak gelatine in small amount of juice. To dismiss it on the fire, mix with the remaining grape juice. Fill with half the mixture of rectangular form and refrigerate for 1 hour. Grapes wash and each berry cut in half,remove seeds,and put the resulting jelly.

Pour the remaining juice with gelatin, then put 1 hour in the refrigerator.

Cream whipped with sugar. Apple RUB on a coarse grater, add to the cream.

Ready the jelly into cubes and fill their glasses or bowls. Spread whipped cream and sprinkle top with chopped nuts. Bon appetit!
