Salad of buckwheat with tomatoes and bacon
This delicious and hearty salad can be used as snacks and as a garnish. I recommend to try!

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat

    1 pack

  • Bacon

    70 g

  • Greens

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Parmesan

    30 g

  • Walnut oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Cook the buckwheat according to instructions and cool. Put cereal in a bowl.

Add to the buckwheat tomatoes (seeds removed), cut into strips.

Greens wash, dry and slice.

Bacon fry until crisp or soft crust (as you like) and spread on paper towels.

Slightly cooled bacon to break (or slice, if it is soft) and add to salad.

To plane the Parmesan and add to the salad.

Season salad to taste with salt and ground black pepper, season with lemon juice and oil.
