Appetizer-five minutes. Five minutes spent on it to slice the tofu, add seasoning, soy sauce and five minutes to the cheese to put out. I love tofu for its versatility, it takes the tastes and flavors of its surrounding ingredients.

Ingredients

  • Tofu

    200 g

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Coconut oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Basil

    0.333 tsp

  • Turmeric

    1 tsp

  • Paprika sweet

    0.25 tsp

  • Black pepper

  • Rosemary

    1 sprig

The tofu cut into small cubes.

Add to tofu dried Basil, a sprig of rosemary ground black pepper to taste, paprika, turmeric.

Pan greased with coconut oil (can substitute butter), put the tofu and add soy sauce, gently stir, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
