Fritters with spicy cranberry sauce
Offer you a recipe of pancakes lush with fragrant spicy sauce. In late winter, we all need vitamins, this sauce will help you to make up for their lack. In addition, spices can help fight the Blues and depression. And, of course, is simply delicious!

Ingredients

  • Anis

    2 piece

  • Liqueur

    2 Tbsp

First prepare the sauce, it needs to infuse. Take the cranberries I have frozen, pour into a saucepan.

Add the brown sugar, orange zest and fresh orange juice. Put on the fire heated until the sugar is dissolved.

Take dry ground ginger root, cloves and anise. It is the anise in the original recipe, but I literally can't stand him for a spirit, so was replaced by star anise.

By the way, I want to note that this spice was brought to me by a friend from Thailand, and it says Anis. But I know the smell of anise, this bag is definitely not anise, and star anise.

Put the spices in a saucepan and heated at a gentle simmer for about 5 minutes until soften cranberries.

Add the liqueur, I have orange "Cointreau", can be replaced by cognac, brandy. If prepared for children, of course, this step is skipped. Remove sauce from heat and allow it to stand for 2 hours.

After this time, remove the cloves and star anise (Anis) and grind the sauce in a blender until smooth.

Prepare pancakes. Kneading the dough almost immediately after cook the sauce. Mix sour cream and fermented baked milk (or any dairy product), heated to 35 degrees, put sugar. Put the yeast, I chose TM "SAF-time". Stir and allow the yeast to start activating - set aside in a warm place for 10 minutes.

Thoroughly mix the dough, to avoid lumps. The dough should be on density, as sour cream. Cover the dishes with the dough with a towel and put in warm place to rise for 1 hour.

For baking it is better to take a non-stick pan. I have a special pan for pancakes. Grease the hot pan with vegetable oil.

Put in a pan full tablespoon of dough. Bake the pancakes at medium heat, so they do not burn. As soon as the top of the pancake changes color (the dough is already grasped), turn to the other side.

Bake pancakes on low heat on the other side for about 3 minutes until tender.
