Vegetable oil
Cooking
Sausage (I had the Hungarian sausage) cut into small dice. Peel the potatoes, grate on a fine grater (or use the combine - as I did it) with onions.
In potato-onion mass add sausage, egg, soda, salt, pepper and flour. Mix thoroughly.
Fry pancakes on a well heated skillet in oil (on medium heat). The first party I fry under the lid, then turn over, and the second side has no cover. Serve with sour cream. Here are mouthwatering, juicy and flavorful pancakes we got. It is really delicious! Help yourself)))
