Sauce
A sweet and spicy sauce "Barbecue" with a pronounced smoked flavor perfect for meat and poultry. The aroma of the sauce lend charred in the oven pepper and smoked paprika, and boiled in Apple juice, prunes, and sweet soy sauce Kikkoman lend extra sweetness.

First you need to char the peppers. To do this, preheat the oven to 230 degrees. Spread the pepper on a dry cast-iron skillet and put in oven for 20-30 minutes. Periodically, the peppers need to turn that it is uniformly charred on all sides. When the skin on the pepper is covered in black markings, remove the pan from the oven and immediately covered with foil. In this form, give the peppers to cool completely. I baked this a few peppers, but for this recipe we need only one. So, from the cooled peppers, remove the charred skin, leaving a little for flavor.
