Ingredients

  • Caviar

    150 g

  • Green onions

    1 piece

  • Bread

    4 slice

  • Dill

    0.333 coup

  • Parsley

    0.333 coup

  • Spinach

  • Black pepper

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Flour

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Greens chop and mix well with cod ROE.

Soak bread in water. Squeeze and add to the mixture.

Add the pepper and olive oil and all knead well.

Formed the meatballs, dip them in flour and fry until Golden brown.
