Cake
Very tasty and tender cake. Prepared quickly and eaten the same.

Ingredients

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Jelly

    1 pack

  • Soda slaked vinegar

    3 tsp

  • Yogurt

    0.5 l

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Cream

    5 pack

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Fruit

Cooking

Mix all ingredients for the dough (it is obtained as for pancakes)

Form grease with oil and put 1/3 of the dough, flatten with wet spoon. Bake at 200*C for 15 minutes.

While the cake baked, p asvesti jelly (as written on package) and allow to cool. Jell-o any, to your taste (I had orange).

Ready cake and pierce with a fork and brush with sour cream. The second cake I smeared cream+black currant jam. It gives tangy taste to the cake.

The third layer of the cake grease cream, decorate with fruit (I was only apples) on the plan I was going to fill all the jelly, but it was not so. And take a picture in finished form did not work. Sorry. This is all that was left of the cake... at the time of shooting...
