Cooking
Yeast breed in warm milk and add salt and sugar. Leave on time to rest.
Oat flakes mixed with flour. Here two variants are possible. Add oatmeal whole or grind them in a blender into flour.
The flour of a cereal is added diluted in milk to the yeast. Cover with cling film and leave for 30-60 minutes.
