Salad
Easy diet salad. Very tasty and quick to prepare. The taste is unique as the combination of ingredients.

Ingredients

  • Pepper

    3 piece

  • Cucumber

    2 piece

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Salt

    0.1 tsp

  • Allspice

    0.1 tsp

  • Sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

Apple peel and grate on a coarse grater, to do the same with cucumbers and onions.

Bulgarian pepper cut into small cubes and add to the salad.

Season with salt and pepper to taste, add the oil and sugar. Dill finely chop and mix well.

Serve in a salad bowl or a La carte on a salad leaf.
