The snack dish is available from three main ingredients. The salad is very healthy, especially in winter, contains a large number of minerals, vitamins and is low calorie. Quick, easy, tasty and healthy!

Ingredients

  • Sauerkraut

  • Sea Kale

    200 g

  • Mushrooms

    100 g

  • Linseed oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Allspice

Sauerkraut and pickled mushrooms - homemade pieces. Seaweed sold in cooked and frozen in vacuum package and only need to thaw.

For the filling: mix the Flaxseed, vegetable oil and grainy mustard, add red or black pepper to taste.
