Gingerbread chocolate
In old Russia there was the tradition of giving gingerbread. Today I decided to make myself this little gift to set the mood. Have often cooked these cakes according to the recipe from the book "Traditional Russian cuisine". If you want to please loved ones or yourself a little gift, as did our ancestors bake delicious cakes!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Cocoa powder

    1 tsp

  • Soda

    0.3 tsp

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

Cooking

For a start, three of butter, grated (this is the case, if it is only out of the fridge).

To the butter add sugar and cocoa powder.

Mix everything thoroughly with a fork.

To the resulting mass add egg.

Eggs and butter-sugar-chocolate mixture right slightly, beat in a homogeneous mass.

Add sifted flour, soda.

Moulded gingerbread. In the old gingerbread did nominal and various forms, so here you can use your imagination... I did the usual round cakes.

Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Ready, help yourself!
