Finance with kiwi
Very tasty, fragrant, delicate cupcakes are based on ground almonds, and proteins. Crunchy on top and soft inside.

Ingredients

  • Egg white

    4 piece

  • Flour

    50 g

  • Almonds

    100 g

  • Powdered sugar

    140 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Kiwi

    2 piece

Cooking

The butter should be melted and keep-fry on the heat for another 5 minutes until it become brown and acquire a nutty aroma.

Mix the flour, the almond flour and powdered sugar.

Add in dry mixture of proteins and mix with a spoon.

Add the butter,

Mix.

Kiwi peel and cut into quarters.

Divide the dough into molds, each add a piece of kiwi.

Bake in preheated oven at 180*C for 35-40 minutes. Readiness check with a wooden skewer - it should come out dry.
