The birds are back... pancakes bloomed... :-)
And we in Hungary already this spring. And you? True, true... and the birds are singing, and the bees buzzed once in the yard I have snowdrops in the forest - yellow primrose. This spring inspired me to bake a multi-colored pancakes. I have designed a flower-flower, the other braided in a "cell", some woven rolled into tubes, and even decorated the salad in "the basket." However, the show only Tsvetik-semicvetik and give you all a spring mood.

I have to say on the test. Ingredients with egg and flour I have listed are approximate, because I bake a lot of pancakes for all of my pancake experiments. And I advise you to make your favorite dough, divide it by the number of desired colors and then add the dyes. But I've checked every chroma sample, 1 pancake. If what I need, then baked on. Proteins I had in stock from a meal, so I just added half the quantity with 1 egg. Well... spin our carousel or turntable? :-) working titles were many, but I liked it more with rooks and flowering pancakes. And you? Grate the carrots and squeeze the juice

The dough for white pancakes I do not add anything except protein, mineral water and flour. The usual classic crêpes are always fried just for mineral mixed with milk (it's Hungarian). Pour batter in center of preheated frying pan and tip in hand in a circle pan, the dough evenly spread. For the dark green used a puree of spinach. In order to obtain such a smooth colored top of the pancake, I fried them on one side only, but thoroughly, over low heat and for a good pancake pan.

Stuffed pancakes for the contest I'm very sensitive of late :-) I used to have bright yellow with turmeric, but they taste good. Here is a sample of my weaving. Can be used as a stand on a flat plate for a salad, and you can collapse the bag into a deep bowl and there then the salad itself.
