Cooking

Carefully stir. 3) Take the ramekins (the cups) and pour in each half of the molds. Let harden (I put it in the fridge). Now make the coffee layer. 1) Boil 150-200ml of coffee. ReDim it (instant use). Add 1 tablespoon of sugar. 2) Mix the remaining half of gelatin with coffee. Carefully stir.
Do "lucky fortune". 1) Get a frozen creamy jello. 2) Into each mould and add 5-6 cashew nuts (I tried with peanuts - also delicious). 3) Pour the coffee mixture to the edge. 4) Put a freeze.
Then the crucial moment. )) It is necessary to ready the jelly to remove without damaging it. To do this, put hot water in the mold for 5-10 seconds. The finished dish sprinkle with cinnamon (or grated chocolate), decorate with fruits and berries to taste. Bon appetit!
P. S. Also I have tried it with tea, instead of the creamy layer. ))) It turned out very tasty. Only sugar here should not feel sorry. Sprinkle with coconut and cinnamon. Very simple and beautiful dish. And most importantly, delicious.
