Zucchini in Hungarian
Zucchini (courgettes) cooked, fried, baked and cooked on the grill. You can make pancakes, burgers, eggs. Offer to cook zucchini in Hungarian. Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Chili

  • Greens

  • Basil

    1 sprig

  • Lemon juice

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Oregano

    1 pinch

Zucchini wash, peel, cut into two parts. I rubbed on a grater. And you can cut into circles, and then to divide them into 4 parts.

Zucchini sprinkle with lemon juice, stir, do not add salt (otherwise they will allocate juice) and place in a bowl.

Onion cut into half rings, carrot grate on a coarse grater, garlic cut into plates.

In a frying pan heat the oil, put the onion, lightly fry, add carrots, fry for 2-3 minutes, stirring. Add zucchini and fry for 5 mins until soft, stirring. Add the chilli, garlic, salt.

Add sour cream, dry herbs (I oregano), fresh Basil, salt. Simmer together a few minutes.

The finished dish sprinkle with chopped fresh herbs. I did not do that. Added freshly ground black pepper.
