White paste with cashews and greens
Try to cook a pie -with a delicate texture and nutty flavor. Good for a snack on the festive table will take pride of place!

Ingredients

  • Beans

    180 g

  • Chickpeas

    80 g

  • Cashews

    40 g

  • Green onions

    0.5 coup

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Dill

    2 piece

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Salt

For this recipe you will need white beans and chickpeas.

They should pour water at least 4 hours, preferably overnight. Drain the water.

Then pour fresh water to cook until tender, salted at the end (beans cooked in about an hour, chickpeas around 1.5 hours). I soak and cook separately. The water in which boiled beans and chickpeas, to keep.

Mix beans, chickpeas, chopped herbs, chopped garlic and nuts (you can substitute walnuts or add along with cashews). Add spices to taste.

Grind in a blender, adding the water in which boiled chickpeas and beans. Pour in the oil, mix well.

Serve with toast, fresh vegetables. Well, very tasty!
