Fish pate on tomatoes
Tender and tasty snack. Prepared quickly, which is important for evening meal.

Ingredients

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Dill

  • Fish fillets

    100 g

  • Mayonnaise

Tomato wash water. Cut into slices. Garlic RUB on a fine grater and spread it on slices of tomatoes.

Boiled egg cut into slices. Gently remove the yolk. Ring of protein put on the tomatoes.

Boiled fish fillets mashed with a fork. Add Kikkoman soy sauce and egg yolk and add the remains of the protein. Mix thoroughly. Optionally add the mayonnaise. Add the dill.
