Boiled sausage with sun-dried tomatoes
As my first recipe I decided to offer the option of cooked sausage made from natural ingredients. Inside You will find a surprise in the form of tomatoes.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    500 g

  • Egg white

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

    4 Tbsp

  • Juice

    30 ml

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Seasoning

    1 tsp

  • Sundried tomatoes

    4 piece

Chicken with garlic in a blender interrupting the stuffing, add 2 egg whites, sour cream, salt, herbes de Provence and beet juice.

Spread a third of the resulting meat on the foil (I foil put the parchment). Put the chopped sundried tomato.

Close the filling with minced meat and wrap. Fasten the two sides of the ends of the foil, like candy, and in several places the dragged sausage thread. So do 2 more sausage.

Put the sausage in two cellophane package, tied and boiled in boiling water for 20-30 minutes. After the pudding cool without removing foil.
