Couscous with herbs
Very easy to prepare but rich in taste, healthy and nutritious salad. A great addition to a vegetarian menu. Then it can be a good decoration of the festive table. Spicy grass with a hint of almond, well suited to the Kus-kusu. I really hope that the salad you like.

Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Couscous

    1 cup

  • Almonds

    15 piece

Cooking

Take the couscous brand "Mistral". Fill with hot water.

Greens wash.

Cut very finely.

Almonds chopped very finely. Can blender my blender on "tour" with a friend and I chopped with a knife.

Fry almonds in oil until Golden brown.

Strain the oil and add the greens.

Top with greens and cover with a second layer of couscous.
