Parma ham with pear and Parmesan
Everyone knows the classic Italian salad of cantaloupe with Parma ham. I offer a variation of this salad from Julia Vysotskaya.

Ingredients

  • Olive oil

    30 g

  • Lemon

    100 g

  • Parmesan

    30 g

  • Ham

    50 g

  • Pear

    150 g

  • Arugula

    30 g

  • Allspice

Cooking

Peel and cut pear into wedges.

Squeeze the juice, add the pepper and leave the pears for a while to soak in the lemon juice.

On a serving plate put the arugula leaves. Each slice wrapped in a slice of Parma, put on sheets and drizzle with olive oil.
