Bean salad with dried fruit
All legumes are cooked for a long time. When cooked it is obligatory soaking. I will tell you how to shorten the cooking time, with the option of a fast soak of the beans. But still show an interesting salad.

Ingredients

  • Beans

    1 cup

  • Prunes

    0.5 cup

  • Dried apricots

    0.5 cup

  • Raisins

    0.3 cup

  • Onion

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

I want to offer you a method of soaking beans from Julia child. You will need to soak a little more than 1 hour. Rinse 1 Cup of beans with 3 cups of cold water.
