Cake
Delicate and quick to prepare cake.

Ingredients

  • Sugar

    2.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Jam

    1 cup

  • Sour cream

    2.5 cup

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Vinegar

Jam whip in a blender with sugar (I used less sugar 1/4 Cup as the jam was very sweet) and eggs.

Add all the other ingredients and whip into a homogeneous mass. The dough was cream color. You can add vanillin. I added a glass of brandy.

Form for baking vystelit paper and pour all the batter at once or bake separately 2 or 3 layers.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, put the form and the temperature taken to 180. Bake approximately 25-30 minutes.

The finished cake remove from the form and cool.

The cooled cake cut into 2-3 layer and sandwiching with cream. I cream took 10 tablespoons of sour cream and 4-5 tablespoons of sugar. The top of the cake to coat with cream and sprinkle with crumbs or decorate as you like.

The cake should stand for to soak a few hours, it becomes very tender. Each layer may optionally be impregnated with syrup with brandy. I didn't do sour cream so good soaked into the cakes. Enjoy your tea!
