Cod baked in mustard sauce
Simple and easy dish for lovers of fish with spicy taste.

Ingredients

  • Cod

    500 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Sunflower oil

    2.5 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Seasoning

    0.25 tsp

  • Green onions

The preparation time excluding the marinating fish. Cod cut into small pieces, sprinkle with seasoning for fish

In a small bowl put 2 kinds of mustard, soy sauce, sugar, lemon juice. Add the sunflower oil TM "generous gift" and mix well

The marinade to pour over the fish and mix gently. Place in refrigerator to marinate for 1 hour.

Put on the bottom the onions cut into thin rings
