This dessert was inspired by a recipe for "Tiramisu with banana bread" the talented fairies of sweets, sugar hero (as she calls herself) - Elizabeth Labau. But I decided to change the recipe and the name. I made it easier to cook and more tender cake. After all, the author takes as a basis the banana diet fitness bread and for me it seemed harsh for such delicate toppings. So the bread I replaced the banana cake.
