Warm salad with rice and zucchini
Hearty, tasty salad with a spicy dressing. A great addition to the holiday table. Simple, affordable, and most importantly - delicious.

Ingredients

  • Figure

  • Beans

    100 g

  • Zucchini

    100 g

  • Lemon juice

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • The mixture of peppers

  • Olive oil

    2.5 Tbsp

  • Thyme

Zucchini cut into slices. Beans drain in a strainer to drain liquid.

Zucchini salt, sprinkle with pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice and butter. A little bake in the oven or the convection oven (I did in aerogrill at a temperature of 200 10-12 minutes).
