Salad from carrots, apples and raisins
My first salad on the website. He's just delicious, I wanted to share. The salad takes only 15-20 minutes of time. In the Post - dietary (81 Kcal) and vitamin mix for adults and children.

Ingredients

  • Raisins

    100 g

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Apple

    200 g

  • Carrots

    200 g

  • Lettuce

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

Three carrots. With the grater preferably loin)

Squeeze the juice from the lemon. If the lemon for a couple of seconds dipped in boiling water, squeeze out much easier. Mix with olive oil and a pinch of salt,
