Description

Canarian dessert
The recipe for this brilliant dessert invented by the most talented cook Canarian cuisine - Carlos Gamonal. Like all brilliant, the recipe is simple: milk, sugar, eggs, a little corn starch and cinnamon and very gentle, sweet, airy dessert is ready! Translated from Spanish "fried milk," but it should be noted that fried there is not a drop. Dessert is more like a La carte baked sweet omelet) Genius? - without a doubt! Just? - could not be easier! I invite you to try it!

Cooking

step-0
To prepare the milk mixture in a container put the milk, sugar, lemon zest, and cinnamon stick on the stove. The contents should be brought to the boil, stirring constantly, and then boil on a slow fire for a few minutes.
step-1
Then the capacity is removed from heat and left for 15 minutes to cool, then finished the milk mixture to drain.
step-2
In a separate container beat eggs with starch and cinnamon. It is added to warm milk mixture. Everything is well mixed.
step-3
... and poured into molds for baking. Everything will be baked in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 20 minutes. To rise during the preparation of the dessert, except to swell, then fall off. Readiness can be checked with a skewer.
step-4
The dessert is removed from the molds and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Very convenient to initially prepare in individual ramekins - you will not have to take out, because it should be done very carefully - a mouth-watering dessert. You can serve it both hot and cold. A very appropriate accompaniment to this dessert is the honey: on the Islands popular palm honey, but the bee is also great! I checked ;) Honey you can sprinkle the top of the dessert because of its shape-a Cup of perfectly suited for this.
