Cooking
To prepare the milk mixture in a container put the milk, sugar, lemon zest, and cinnamon stick on the stove. The contents should be brought to the boil, stirring constantly, and then boil on a slow fire for a few minutes.
Then the capacity is removed from heat and left for 15 minutes to cool, then finished the milk mixture to drain.
In a separate container beat eggs with starch and cinnamon. It is added to warm milk mixture. Everything is well mixed.
... and poured into molds for baking. Everything will be baked in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 20 minutes. To rise during the preparation of the dessert, except to swell, then fall off. Readiness can be checked with a skewer.
The dessert is removed from the molds and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
