Age Tofu
Tofu or "meat without bones"is a unique soy product, is rich source of easily digestible protein. Has no smell, no taste, thanks to the universal in relation to culinary use because like a sponge, absorbing flavors and odors of other products. Tofu is an indispensable source of protein in vegetarian cuisine, for people with lactose intolerance, as well as during lent. "Of age" means a Japanese deep-fried.

Ingredients

  • Tofu

    200 g

  • Flour

    40 g

  • Onion

    0.25 piece

  • Garlic

    0.5 tooth

  • Cherry tomatoes

    3 piece

  • Ginger

    2 g

  • Soy sauce

    35 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    70 ml

  • Sesame oil

    0.25 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    10 g

  • Cilantro

    2 g

Tofu cut into kusochki rectangular shape, to remove the accumulated moisture by using paper towels. Roll pieces of tofu in flour and put on a hot griddle with lots of oil. Fry until Golden brown, then place on a paper towel.

To make the sauce. Mix together soy sauce, vegetable oil, lemon juice. Add a few drops of sesame oil for flavor. To the resulting mixture add chopped onions, chopped coriander and sugar. Beat with a whisk. In the resulting sauce add the grated fresh ginger root and grated garlic. Cherry tomato cut into halves and add to the prepared sauce.

Like I said, tofu has no flavor, so it is served with a sauce with a rich flavor palette.

Pour the tofu sauce and serve.
