Cooking
Defrost the salmon, I had 1,200. Gently, from the side of the head with the meat cut off the bone and separated from the skins, not really a sharp knife scrape bits of meat from the skins and bones. From the head pulling out the gills, eyes, cold water wash stuffed from the salmon.
From fat torn off the skin, cut into pieces and together with the fish meat mince (I minced in food processor), onions, garlic, also finely chop, combine with meat, add salt, pepper, can herbs (dill, parsley), knead the dough well, add semolina.
Stuffed with minced salmon and conventional suture threads, leaving tails to be a thread to pull.
Protiven lubricated with oil, put the salmon and place into a preheated oven (180-200gr), for 40-50 minutes. At the same time in foil I placed the peeled potatoes, lightly salted, can vegetables (what imagination). And wait!!
Fish our take out, don't forget about the thread, decorate and serve, cut when cooled, at portions, but the form is saved!!! Bon appetit!
This fish can be, prefabricated, store in the freezer, but cook still need to be longer!!!
