Cooking

step-0
Cleaned onion and finely chop.
step-1
Wash the mushrooms and cut into not thick slices.
step-2
Potatoes wash, peel and cut into circles with thickness of 3-4mm.
step-3
Deep form grease with vegetable oil and spread evenly with portion of chopped potatoes. Form I 20*20 size.
step-4
On top lay the mushrooms, salt, pepper.
step-5
From top to distribute the finely chopped onion.
step-6
Next spread the sauerkraut if very juicy, you can squeeze a little.
step-7
And the last layer of the remaining potatoes.
step-8
Now prepare the sauce, it is essentially a lean dough for the delicious pancakes, if made a little thicker than the fill. Below I'll post the photo and the finished fritters. Meanwhile, back to our fill for casseroles, so: Pour the water, add salt and soda mix.
step-9
Sift flour, stir.
step-10
Add vinegar, stir.
step-11
Here's the consistency turns out the filling a little thinner than for pancakes.
step-12
Fill fill the casserole and put into preheated oven to 180-200C for 40-60 minutes, until Golden brown, but be guided by your oven, it took me 1 hour until tender.
step-13
Get the prepared casserole, allow it to cool down, although it is difficult these flavors are flying during baking, cut into serving pieces, hook a piece spatula and turn over onto a plate upside down (the bottom of the dough turns out). Cold don't worry, nothing falls apart, it turns out neat a delicious multi-layered piece. On top sprinkle with chopped greens. Bon appetit my dear, easy and tasty post!!!
